This is the fire department in Andrews, NC. That is a federal communications
vehicle you see in the
background. Notice the very high telescopic antenna they have ran up
skyward. It has been heard but not confirmed that they are trying to contact
Mars to find people of like mind.
This is a blow up of the sign in the picture above. It actually says
"Mr Rudolf if you would agree to
give up we could use the million dollar reward". I don't know about
you but I would'nt want a fire
department like that coming to my rescue.
